Nik Vyas
Nik is the Lead Architect at Paradigm, with over 15 years of industry experience, his unique blend of creativity, architectural expertise and business acumen enables Nik to bridge the gap between innovative design and strategic planning focused on sustainable architecture. Nik’s strong networking skills and passion for design, drive Paradigm’s success in delivering forward-thinking projects. With a visionary & exploratory approach and a commitment to innovation in sustainability, Nik continuously pushes the boundaries of design which consequently bring novelty to Paradigm's projects.

Amabelle Aranas
Amabelle contributes to Paradigm by supporting business development and securing new projects alongside Nik. With her excellent client communication and social skills, Amabelle ensures strong relationships are built with all clients from the initial stages, enhancing the firm’s outreach and engagement. Amabelle's keen interest in architectural design and industry knowledge are instrumental in providing a seamless experience with Paradigm to the clients.

Pooja Shoney
Pooja leads the architectural team at Paradigm alongside Nik and Amabelle with her niche expertise in project management. She oversees project deliverables and ensures seamless coordination throughout the project process by devising and implementing effective processes and keenly monitoring the various project stages. Additionally, Pooja plays a key role in the business aspects of Paradigm with her sharp analytical ability which helps in constant overall improvement in management & output as Paradigm continues to scale.
