York Road is a Semi-detached house with a large rear garden under Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead District Council. The existing property is a 2 bed house. The design brief was to do a Single Storey side & rear extension.The proposed design extends the kitchen and the dining space on the ground floor and makes more space for a larger kitchen on the rearwards and a bigger dining area.The proposed extension will have a mansard roof with a flat top and sloping towards the north and west side and is abutting to the existing building on the south and east side.
