“OUTLINE APPLICATION TO PROVIDE QUALITY FLATS FOR QUALITY LIVING.”

The proposed application is for a two storey + attic housing scheme. This project was uniquely designed to ensure that there is no adverse impact to the street scene, enhancing the streetscape in line with modernisation which would blend with the other dwellings within the vicinity. The spatial arrangement allows smooth transition from the street into the more calmer site and building.
