“OUTLINE APPLICATION TO PROVIDE QUALITY HOUSING FOR QUALITY LIVING.”

This project involves two modern residential houses with a double garage. Each home has three bedrooms on the first floor: a master bedroom with an ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, and terrace garden view, and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom. A staircase leads to a roof garden with sloped design for rainwater drainage and greywater recycling, used to irrigate vegetable planters. The garden features a medium-depth planting system for sedums, herbs, and grasses. The houses are built using wood-constructed SIP panels assembled on-site.
