Cotton Mill Lane is a terraced building under The Borough of St. Alban’s. The existing property is a spacious 4 bed house. The design brief was to do the demolition of the existing shed and proposing a single storey rear extension .The proposed rear extension extends from the existing rear wall by 7.8m in line with the existing shed after demolishing. The proposed extension also has a washroom and a utility space. The single storey rear extension will have a pitched roof. The roof has skylights to bring in more light into the proposed living room.
