This London Road scheme will be a 13 Storey Residential Development which would comprise a total of 204 apartments and will provide parking provision to a total of 275 cars, along with 72 bicycle spaces and 10 Motorcycle spaces.

The design of the envelope was based around the wing movements of a butterfly. Each of the levels stager slowly and allow for pockets of air to be held in circulation covering the building with an air blanket. This enabled the U Values of this facade to be incredible allowing minimal heat loss.
