Envisioned to make a difference and to be remarkable. The Beacon will be constructed into a 17 storey Sustainable Development. This 17 peak exceptionally planned project, will be EPC A+++ rated edifice. Proposed to be a housing development in its entirety, this project will comprise a total of 305 apartments. The Beacon will provide parking to 323 cars, along with 274 bicycle spaces using the modern underground Automated Parking System.
