Southview Lodge is situated on a 1.2-acre Metropolitan Greenbelt site within a Conservation area. The new extension integrates seamlessly with the existing house, offering more spacious and suitable accommodation. It will match the existing structure in brickwork, render, roof tiles, windows, and Velux. Every effort is made to preserve the character of the streetscene through consistent materials and design.
