The proposed development is designed to be senior citizen-friendly, addressing the needs of the elderly and specially-abled in Doncaster. It will feature 111 units, including 93 flats and 18 HMO units, with various typologies like studio apartments and 1-3 BHKs, plus communal facilities. Visitors will be guided by an inward spiral to a central green courtyard, which serves as the heart of the site—a well-maintained garden for relaxation. Surrounding the courtyard are amenities such as a community gym, grocery store, café, library, spa, and sauna, enhancing the New Rossington site.
