The proposed development features a 17-story structure with a 4-floor base. It includes basement parking, retail shops, and a reception on the ground floor, communal spaces on the first floor, and residential units from floors 2 to 17. The 14th floor will have a Community Forest Floor and a café. Erith, identified as a key growth area in Bexley’s Growth Strategy, will see a 26% housing increase, with new units required to meet the London Plan targets. The development offers 99 units (studios, 1, and 2-bedroom) and includes communal facilities. The basement will have car and bicycle parking, accessed via two ramps. The first floor features a community center, crèche, library, gym, spa, and lounge, while the 14th floor includes a Community Forest Floor.
