Outline Application with All Matters Reserved for Rear Extension, loft conversion and increase in height to surrounding datum heights, of a current mixed-use building to create 4 Flats retaining offices on the Ground Floor. The existing site is a commercial site. The site was an old estate agency and now operates as a private office. The proposal is to extend the rear and add 4 flats. The rear wall from the first floor is to act as a vertical garden with an inclination of 20 degrees from the central axis so that direct visual access from the neighbors in the rear side is taken care of.
